FAQs
What can I expect from my first session?
The first appointment will be an intake session where you provide background information and so that the therapist / provider can get to know you better. You will have a chance to ask questions about the process. From there, both will decide if they feel like it is a good fit, and the therapist / provider will help you to determine the appropriate frequency to best serve your needs.
How long are sessions and what frequency?
Sessions are available in either 25-minute or 50 to 52-minute lengths. Your therapist can offer longer sessions and will discuss pricing options. Frequency will depend on the individual’s needs.
How are online sessions held?
Your provider will send you an invite to a zoom meeting for an online session.
